Use long tail keywords that are very specific to your business to target a particular audience. These phrases epitomize the true essence of your business without coinciding with other related companies. They also provide you with a chance to score high on a search query most pertinent to your products or services. Links need to actually be of interest to the reader. They must be relevant to the reader’s concerns and answer a question, provide advice, show images or do something else that is beneficial to the reader. This might sound tough, but it’s really not. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the practice of building websites that will rank top in search engine results. It is often accomplished by 2 main factors: On-page SEO and Off-page SEO. Heading tags (not to be confused with the head HTML tag or HTTP
headers) are used to present structure on the page to users. There are
six sizes of heading tags, beginning with h1, the most important, and
ending with h6, the least important.
Find your audience through your competitors
What is user intent? In short it is the reason why someone is searching for something in Google. What are they actually trying to achieve as a result of typing (or saying) that search term? What we need to
understand Do your mathematical analysis - the primary resources
are there for the taking. Its as easy as KS2 Maths
or ABC. Its that simple! is that search engine optimization begins with the simplest of foundations: Create a Website that is easy to crawl, index, and match to queries people use. From that foundation we build greater complexity into our optimization methods and practices. Producing quality video content is the first step, but without a solid marketing campaign in place, you’ll find it harder to get ranked on SERPs. As companies are recognizing the power of this form of media, using these techniques yourself will help you increase and maintain your SEO rankings in the long run. Through links, search engines use robots called crawlers and spiders to skim information, collect data, catalog content and make connections based on relevant information. As spiders gather together all this information, they break down, prioritize and sort related information using a process called indexing.
Google loves speed and so should you
In the earlier days of SEO, the organic search engine optimization discipline was more of a technical skill, of making sites crawlable. Then the focus switched to creating quality content where keywords were used in a natural way. As search engines improve,
queries with detailed queries increasingly provide surprisingly helpful results. If that fails make your terms increasingly general till you get a good result. A little known yet enormously effective strategy for improving the results from local search results is by using reviews to grow your organic traffic and naturally stand out among the competition. A lot of times, even if you have worked very hard to optimize your website by following best practices, attract the “right” visitors and offer a great experience to your website’s visitors you notice that bounce rate stays very high or has been reduced by 1% or less the last 6 months!
Keep making a great site and getting the word out about it
Google wants to retain its reputation as a quality search engine, so it’s main goal is to make web browsing enjoyable. The satisfaction and enjoyment of web users will only be met if users are given search results that are relevant, safe, useful and easy to navigate. You want your page title to accurately describe
what your page is about but you also want it to
be “clickable”. Meaning, you want it to draw a
searcher’s attention in a search result and entice
them to click on it. On top of that, your page title
should include your target keyword. Infographics are candies for our brains. They’re engaging, catch our attention and make information consuming faster. In fact, infographics are liked and shared 3x more on social media than any other type of content. Gaz Hall
, an SEO Expert from the UK, said: "Google has reduced the importance of keyword phrases and now places more importance on a variety of elements, appropriately called “on-page factors.”"
Use more than one search engine
Google plus is still pretty new but the way I see it, Google will really try to integrate the social signals they can extract from Google plus into their search engine rankings. Google only show sitelinks
for results when they think they’ll be useful to the user. If the structure of your site doesn’t allow Google's algorithms to find good sitelinks, or they don’t think that the sitelinks for your site are relevant for the user’s query, Google won’t show them. Once you’ve started your local SEO effort, the next stage is more aligned with the rest of SEO – creating content for your audience. In this case, we’re looking to create content of interest to a local reader. Consider what happens when a user removes part of your URL -
Some users might navigate your site in odd ways, and you should
